SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS IN HOSPITALITY

Between 2002 and 2007 we opened eleven quick-service restaurant locations in the Charlotte, NC market, employing 350 staff and generating over $11 million in revenue.

In conjunction with the above, SynDEV constructed eleven quick-service restaurant (QSR) developments with development costs totaling approximately $17 million. In 2013, we sold the majority of these properties in a sale-leaseback transaction to Store Capital, a U.S. real estate investment trust.

Also, from 2017 to 2019, we assisted in the strategic development of a fast casual concept in the Charlotte, NC market, growing to 16 locations and exceeding $15 million in revenue.

Today, SynDEV partners with U.S. restaurant franchisors and independent brands, pursuing joint ventures and/or licensing agreements with major hospitality brands in open markets, airports, and stadiums.
