SynDEV has partnered with State Fair Mini Donuts, the leading manufacturer of mini donuts, to develop mobile concession units through joint ventures with airport concessionaires. This innovative strategy enhances the customer’s experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage services in high-traffic areas, while meeting the needs of clients effectively. We are pleased to introduce our latest offering specifically designed for airport and stadium environments: a convenient mobile cart operation that eliminates the need for inline space while maximizing passenger convenience. This innovative solution features a straightforward lease structure and minimizes build-out costs, making it easier for airports and stadiums to enhance their food and beverage options. Our mobile solution offers portable bags containing six hot mini donuts, ideal for travelers seeking a quick and delicious snack. These mini donuts are perfect for on-the-go enjoyment, whether walking through the terminal or onboard an aircraft. With rapid production times of 36 donuts every 30 seconds, our operation can efficiently produce up to 1,200 donuts per hour while requiring minimal labor. The compact design of our equipment allows it to fit seamlessly into any airport space. Measuring just 14 inches wide, 19 inches deep, and 13 inches tall, our oven operates on a standard 110-volt outlet without the need for additional venting. This setup enables airports and stadiums to maximize available space while providing travelers with an affordable and satisfying snack option.
