Adrian Murrell is the CEO of SYNDEV, LLC, where he utilizes the collective skills of team members to create opportunities in environmentally impacted areas and improve public sector infrastructure. His vision emphasizes collaboration among businesses to drive growth and sustainability. Before founding SYNDEV, Adrian enjoyed a successful decade-long career in professional football as a running back, amassing 5,200 rushing yards and 1,300 receiving yards while playing for teams such as the New York Jets and the Arizona Cardinals. He notably led the Cardinals to their first playoff victory in over 50 years against the Dallas Cowboys. In 2024, he was inducted into the West Virginia University Football Hall of Fame for his athletic achievements. After retiring from the NFL in 2003, Adrian transitioned to entrepreneurship by acquiring Water Engineering Services (WES) in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served as CEO and emphasized teamwork and leadership. He later moved to North Carolina to establish Murrell Contracting Inc., focusing on sustainable wall systems and public sector projects in collaboration with various enterprises.

Coleman Bradley

Chief Operating Officer

Coleman Bradley has a distinguished 40+ year career in real estate development and investment, along with 20 years in the hospitality industry. He began as a consultant focused on real estate loan workouts for federally insured banks and savings institutions in the late 1980s. Coleman served as President of Pacific United Development, where he concentrated on U.S. real estate investments and led commercial and residential projects across Texas and Tennessee. In the 2000s, he partnered with Franklin Realty Investors and founded KenKayla Real Estate, developing Quick Service Restaurant properties. He also established Boom Holdings/BRH Enterprises, which grew to 350 employees and $12 million in annual revenue before its sale in 2017. Coleman launched Atlantic Acquisition Group LLC to acquire real estate throughout the South Atlantic states, showcasing his extensive expertise in the industry. Transactions, finance, and operational management positions him to provide vital mentorship and guidance within SynDEV and its partnerships.
